What Is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha translated: ha meaning ‘sun’ and tha meaning ‘moon’, refers to the balance of masculine (active, hot, sun) and feminine (receptive, cool, moon) within all of us. Hatha Yoga exercises have an wholistic effect bringing body, mind, and soul into balance.
Hatha Yoga assists us in coping with everyday demands, problems and worries we all face.
By connecting movement, breath and the subtle energy systems of the body you nourish your mind, body and soul. You will experience clarity and calm, which naturally leads to ‘finding the ultimate you’.
By combining Hatha yoga with energy medicine Jodi feels the experience in releasing energy blocks is enhanced, empowering your connection to your inner self, leaving you feeling grounded and creating clarity and calm.
