Dates: Starting Wednesday 28th February, then every Wednesday thereafter for eight weeks

The group is based on Lynne McTaggarts work from ‘The Power of Eight’ which involves harnessing the miraculous energies of a small group to heal others, your life and the world.
Holding the intention of what you wish to manifest in your life by the end of the eight weeks, we’ll be connecting head and heart as we meditate and collectively send healing intention to someone in need.
Join the interactive group and watch your life change as you connect with like minded souls, become accountability partners for one another on a mind, body, soul level, and give and receive purposeful intention on your journey to Finding The Ultimate You!
The hourly sessions will include: Mindfulness, Energy Medicine, Movement – including yoga and the daily energy routine, Journaling, Grounding, Learn to self-energy test, Tuning into and understanding your intuition.
Q – How many places are there?
A – There will be a maximum of 12 people to keep it an intimate group.
Q – What if I’ve never used zoom before?
A – No problem, just click on the link I’ll be sending via email for the first class.
Q – What if I have never done mindfulness before?
A – This is a perfect introduction to mindfulness if you have never done it before. Just come with the intention of what you wish to change in your life, tune in and watch the changes unfold.
Q – I’ve been meditating for years, will this be of any use to me?
A – Whether you are new to mindfulness or an old hand, if you want something to change in your life, then this is the perfect group for you.
Q – What environment do I need to create?
A – Please turn off all phones. Let other household members know you can’t be disturbed. It’s ideal if all cameras are on as we tune in together. We will be muting and unmuting as we interact.
Q – What do I need to bring?
A – Yourself, a journal, pen, water, anything else you might like in your environment to help you connect.
Q – What do I need to wear?
A – Loose comfortable clothing.
