  • 1. Stress – Understand how stress affects your body, how it affects your health, and how it affects the rest of your life.
  • 2. Cacao Ceremony – A cacao ceremony is a sacred ritual that involves drinking ceremonial-grade cacao in a group setting and participating in other activities. designed to create a positive, uplifted state where participants can connect with themselves and others, and embrace spiritual intentions. Cacao is said to be a powerful plant ally that can help facilitate spiritual growth, healing, and connection. Some say that raw cacao can open the heart because of its high levels of theobromine, a mild stimulant that can temporarily boost mood.
  • 3. Hatha Yoga With Energy Medicine – Hatha translated: ha meaning ‘sun’ and tha meaning ‘moon’, refers to the balance of masculine (active, hot, sun) and feminine (receptive, cool, moon) within all of us. Hatha Yoga exercises have an wholistic effect bringing body, mind, and soul into balance. Hatha Yoga assists us in coping with everyday demands, problems and worries we all face. By connecting movement, breath and the subtle energy systems of the body you nourish your mind, body and soul. You will experience clarity and calm, which naturally leads to ‘finding the ultimate you’. By combining Hatha yoga with energy medicine Jodi feels the experience in releasing energy blocks is enhanced, empowering your connection to your inner self, leaving you feeling grounded and creating clarity and calm.
  • 4. Introduction to Energy Medicine – Energy medicine works with the subtle energy system of the body to create an environment so it can heal itself by repatterning energy habits to restore optimal energy flow. Our bodies are designed to heal and work 24/7 to create homeostasis (balance). By working with the energy systems in and around the body, I help provide the ideal environment for the body to reach homeostasis. Grounding is an essential part of balancing the bodies energies.
  • 5. Getting Creative and the Radiant Circuits – Radiant Circuits are about joy. They instill spontaneous healing, strength, vitality and resilience in the body and help overcome self-sabotage and negative thinking and orientate the psyche towards joy, not despair. They also help people trapped in dysfunctional habits to change them. Consistent activation of Radiant Circuits’ we can achieve greater inner peace and enjoyment in life. They do repair work, but are also the primary energy’s for falling in love, orgasm, hope, exhilaration, gratitude and spiritual ecstasy. Radiant Circuit’s jump to wherever they need to and flow in response to needs and thoughts. The more you use the radiant circuits, the more available to you they are and they can also activate other radiant circuits.
