Jodi Anne Law is delighted to be collaborating with Amanda Kitchen of Pura Vida Holistic Therapies and Yoga for this transformation event focusing on joy and happiness.
Jodi will begin with some grounding, followed by an introduction to the Radiant Circuits.
Energy medicine works with the subtle energy system of the body to create an environment so it can heal itself by repatterning energy habits to restore optimal energy flow.
Our bodies are designed to heal and work 24/7 to create homeostasis (balance). By working with the energy systems in and around the body, we are providing the ideal environment for the body to reach homeostasis.
Radiant Circuits are one of the nine energy systems in the body and are all about joy. They instill spontaneous healing, strength, vitality and resilience in the body and help overcome self-sabotage and negative-thinking and orientate the psyche towards joy, not despair.
Radiant Circuit’s jump to wherever they need to and flow in response to needs and thoughts. The more you use the Radiant Circuits, the more available they are to you.
Most people leave the session feeling full of positivity, hope and joy with more tools to add to their tool kit at home.
Amanda will begin with some grounding to settle, followed by a talk on sound healing about what it is and its benefits followed by some gentle yoga, pranayama and a meditation to prepare us for the gong relaxation sound bath.
A Gong Relaxation Sound Bath is a fantastic way to leave behind the pressures of modern life. The session will begin with some gentle drumming followed by the mesmerising crystal bowls and the Himalayan singing bowls leading into the powerful gongs.
The captivating tones will lull you into a deep, restorative relaxation and your body will take what it needs from the vibrations of the instruments bringing it back into balance (homeostasis) which is when the bodies’ own self-healing mechanisms work. There will be a short period of silence and then you will be brought round with the tinkling of percussion instruments.
There are several health benefits associated with achieving this state of deep relaxation including lower blood pressure, increased blood circulation, balancing of the nervous system, reduced mind chatter, better sleep patterns. Some people gain mental clarity or feel energised. The session may even enhance your creativity and lift your mood if you are feeling low.
Some people also experience a reduced sense of pain, plus relief from symptoms of ongoing medical conditions and illnesses as the vibrations work at a cellular and molecular level. The sound helps to induce our natural relaxation response, taking us out of ‘fight or flight’ mode and into our restorative, parasympathetic state and puts us into an altered state of consciousness, altering our brainwaves.
In my experience, people with auto-immune conditions and conditions involving the nervous system feel considerable benefits.
Participants generally leave with a feeling of inner peace, calmness and tranquillity and a reduction in stress, anxiety or worry.
A gong relaxation sound bath works on all levels of your being – mind, body, soul & spirit. The sound vibrations will provide a ‘sonic massage’ to your physical self and subtle energy fields, leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and restored.
