The festival has complementary health practitioners and stalls, most with taster sessions and samples to buy on the day.

1. What do I need to bring?
   Just an inquisitive mind and an eagerness to see this as an opportunity to truly begin to change your life.
2. How do I book and pay?
   You can pay on this page or pay £1 on the door. There will also be a raffle (always a favourite!) to help subsidise ticket prices.
3. How do I get to the venue?
   It is city centre parking and is a short walk from the bus and train stations.
4. Will there be refreshments?
   There are food retailers and cafes nearby.
5. Is there disabled access?
   Yes, but everything takes place on the ground floor.
6. What other festivals do you run?
   We hold festivals at these locations twice a year:
   YORKSHIRE (Keighley) on Saturday 4 Nov 2023, 8 Jun 2024 and 9 Nov 2024 with approx 65 stands, talks and yoga, etc.
   BRIGHTON on Sat 20 Apr and Fri 23 & Sat 24 Aug 2024 bank holiday weekend approx 35 stands.

Come early and spend the day with us. We end the festival with a giant sound bath for a short while to help heal everyone in the room, bring us together and build the caring community we all want to belong to.
