WELCOME

Hi, I’m Jodi Law and am running a Health and Wellbeing Festival with my partner David in Keighley on Sunday 4th June with approx. 18 exhibitors.

It will be repeated on Sunday 24th September to help build the local healing audience. This is our first festival, but we are seasoned professionals and plan to host two festivals per year in each UK location we choose.

We’re passionate about becoming part of a strong complimentary therapy community, so am looking forward to working and getting to know you. We have now secured terms with a large venue in South Manchester and another in Brighton.

LATEST NEWS

MANCHESTER: A sports & leisure centre with a large exhibition space (50 stands with high ceiling & lots of light), with dedicated rooms for yoga, workshops and refreshments. There is also a swimming pool (free on the day), sauna, steam room, squash courts, etc and a dedicated, supervised fun room with inflatables and crash mats to keep the kids occupied while mums & dads focus on the festival! They also have their own two story car park.
Dates: Saturday 28th October 2023 and Saturday 25th May 2024.

BRIGHTON: A church with two exhibition rooms (35 stands) and space for four external gazebos. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach and located directly on one of the busiest pedestrianised streets in the city. We’ve also secured two of the busiest weekends of the year, so maybe it’s a good time to combine business with pleasure and make a mini holiday of it!
Dates: Saturday 26th August 2023 (bank holiday weekend), Saturday 20th April 2024 and Saturday 24th Augusts 2024 (bank holiday).

KEIGHLEY

TO EXHIBIT, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Get in touch to discuss your attendance as an exhibitor.
• Agree to our exhibition Terms & Conditions.
• Make payment of either £50 (single event) or £80 (two events).
• Email us your completed Booking Form including 60 words describing the service you intend promoting.
• Email us an image (400px x 400px) to go with your description on the public listing.
• Email us your public liability certificate.

YOUR FESTIVAL FLOOR SPACE INCLUDES:

• Floor space, approx, 2m x 2m
• Table, 2m x 90cm (if required)
• 2 chairs (if required)
• Single 13amp electrical socket (if required)

COMPLIANCE

• Copy of Professional Indemnity Insurance certificate
• PAT testing labels will be checked on the day

The event will be risk assessed and have its own insurance.

INTENTION
To have a varied selection of exhibitors with a strong alternative emphasis, to a high quality, professional standard.

I have also booked the venue on Sunday 24th September 2023 to build on the success of this first festival. A discount is available to exhibitors who book both dates at the same time.

THE VENUE
The Main Hall is on the first floor and is light and airy with great facilities. A simple floor plan will be sent to you in due course.

MARKETING

Our low booking fee reflects the expectation that all exhibitors will co-promote the festival via their websites, social media and newsletters.

We are promoting the festival with regional press releases, local magazines and email campaigns to approx. 5k contacts, Facebook, Google What’s On listing, Keighley News and other newspaper events listings.

As well as adding your profile to our website with a web link to help boost your Google rankings, media information is below:

• Marketing copy to add to your website, newsletter and social media

PRESS RELEASE

SUNDAY 4TH JUNE sees the launch of the Yorkshire Health & Wellbeing Festival at the Civic Centre in Keighley with complementary health practitioners and stalls.

BROUGHTON SANCTUARY is the event sponsor and has donated a FANTASTIC RAFFLE PRIZE of a Reconnect, Restore, Rejuvenate day pass on their beautiful 3,000 acre estate near Skipton. It includes lunch for two at UTOPIA, Broughton Sanctuary’s walled garden bistro, followed by two hours in the biophilic AVALON POOL suite and free access to a YIN YOGA session. The prize must be taken on Tuesday 5th July 2023.

Other RAFFLE PRIZES are a fused-glass healing dish (worth £180), Dancing Heather Bells print (worth £125), 3 scented candles (worth £20 each) and more.

STARTING at 10am, exhibitors at the festival include ENERGY HEALING, SHIATSU MASSAGE, a COCAO CEREMONY practitioner, REIKI, REFLEXOLOGY, BREATHWORK, NUTRITION, ESSENTIAL OILS, CRYSTALS, the popular IteraCare with their MAGIC WAND, new YOGA classes and SENSUALITY workshops.

Most practitioners have TASTER sessions and samples to buy on the day. This is organised by JODI ANNE LAW, an Energy Medicine Practitioner from Australia, who is also a qualified cardiac nurse and currently lives in South Manchester.
